Ingredients
  • 1 c sharp cheddar cheese, grated .
  • 1 large onion, sliced .
  • 1 c cream-style corn .
  • 1/4 tsp dill weed .
  • 1 c sour cream .
  • 1/3 c milk .
  • 1/2 tsp salt .
  • 1 1/2 c prepared corn muffin mix .
  • 1 egg, beaten .
  • 1/4 c butter

Directions
  • Step #1 Saute onion in butter.
  • Step #2 Cool.
  • Step #3 Stir in dill weed, cheese, & salt.
  • Step #4 Preheat oven to 425F degrees.
  • Step #5 Grease an 8" square dish.
  • Step #6 In a mixing bowl mix muffin mix, milk, egg, corn & sour cream.
  • Step #7 Mix well & turn into greased baking dish.
  • Step #8 Spread onion cheese mixture over batter.
  • Step #9 Bake for 25-30 mins.
