Step #1 Place eggs in a large saucepan & cover with cold water.
Step #2 Bring water to a boil & as soon as possible remove this from heat.
Step #3 Cover & let eggs stand in hot water for 10 to 12 mins.
Step #4 Remove from hot water, cool & peel.
Step #5 Slice eggs in half lengthwise & remove yolks.
Step #6 Place yolks in a medium bowl, Chinese hot prepared mustard, & mash together with mayonnaise, yellow mustard, salt & pepper.
Step #7 Fill the hollowed egg whites with the egg yolk mixture.
Step #8 Garnish with paprika.
Step #9 Chill in the refrigerator until serving.
