Ingredients
  • 2 lg bottles catsup
  • Stems removed, sliced
  • 2 c Fresh or dried Datil peppers
  • 3 c White vinegar

Directions
  • Step #1 Put the peppers & 1/2 c of vinegar into mixer or food processor/blender.
  • Step #2 mix for 5 mins or until smooth.
  • Step #3 Put the mixture into a large saucepan; add the remaining 2 & 1/2 c of vinegar & both bottles of catsup (tomato ketchup).
  • Step #4 Bring to a boil & let simmer for 10 mins.
  • Step #5 cool slightly & pour this into clean glass bottles or jars.
  • Step #6 Cap securely.
  • Step #7 Let "age" in refrigerator for 1 week.
