Breakfast - Corn Griddle Cakes Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 tb Olive oil
  • 1/4 c Italian Bread improver; King Arthur brand
  • 2 ts Yeast
  • 3 1/4 c Bread flour
  • 1 1/2 ts Salt
  • 1 1/4 c Water

Directions
  • Step #1 place this ingredients in your breadmaker according to manufacturer's suggestions.
  • Step #2 Select the dough cycle.
  • Step #3 When finished, place the dough on lightly floured board.
  • Step #4 Punch down.
  • Step #5 Flatten out slightly & with wet hands, pat water on the top of the dough.
  • Step #6 Dry your hands & roll the dough in a jelly roll fashion.
  • Step #7 Place the dough on a floured peel or directly onto a heavy, dark, baking sheet.
  • Step #8 Let rise 35-40 mins.
  • Step #9 preheat your trusty oven to 350F.
  • Step #10 Bake for about 20 mins.
  • Step #11 Let cool completely before slicing.
