Ingredients
  • 1 c Flour
  • --TOPPING-----
  • 1/2 ts Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 c Brown sugar
  • 1 c Granola
  • 1/4 c Coconut
  • 1/2 c Toasted hazelnuts or pecans
  • 1 c Unsalted butter

Directions
  • Step #1 --FILLING----- 2 pt Raspberries or blackberries 2 pt Strawberries; hulled and ; quartered 1 c Sugar 1 pn Cinnamon 1/2 ts Allspice; nutmeg 1/2 ts Vanilla--GARNISH----- 2 c Vanilla yogurt Fresh mint For the topping, coconut, granola, nuts, place flour, vanilla, and brown sugar & mix well.
  • Step #2 Add the butter & with your finger tips mix until the mixture resembles a course dough.
  • Step #3 Set the dough a side.
  • Step #4 For the filling, sugar, allspice, place berries, cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla in a large bowl & toss to mix.
  • Step #5 place this in a 9 x 11 baking dish.
  • Step #6 Crumble dough on top of the berry mixture.
  • Step #7 place this in a350 degree oven an bake about 30 to 40 mins or until cust is golden brown.
  • Step #8 remove this from the oven & allow this to cool.
  • Step #9 To serve, place on plates & top this with yogurt & mint & serve warm.
