Bury Black Pudding Recipe

Ingredients
  • 4 lg Habenaro peppers
  • 6 oz Chocolate, Mexican
  • 4 c Milk

Directions
  • Step #1 CAUTION This is a PROFESSIONAL recipe.
  • Step #2 Don't try this at home In a heavy 2 to 3 quart saucepan, mix the chocolate & milk.
  • Step #3 Cook over low heat/flame, stirring constantly, until the chocolate has melted completely & the mixture is well mixed & hot.
  • Step #4 Puree Habaneros in a food processor/blender or mixer & add to the Chocolate mixture.
  • Step #5 Do not let the mixture come to a boil.
  • Step #6 With a molinillo (Mexican wooden beater) or a rotary beater, beat the chocolate vigorously until it is foamy.
  • Step #7 Pour it into individual c & serve at once while driving to the nearest hospital.
  • Step #8 Double caution do not get this near your eyes, mucuous membranes or any other vital part of your body.
  • Step #9 If you should spill it in your lap while driving to the hospital, pull into the nearest McDonalds, scream bloody murder, & sue for three million dollars.
