Campari Ruby Grapefruit Whizz Recipe

Ingredients
  • 125 g Creamery soft cheese;
  • 1 sm Onion; finely sliced
  • Lemon wedges to serve
  • 4 tb Milk
  • 2 tb Olive oil
  • 2 tb Freshly sliced chives
  • Grated rind & juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 100 gram pac smoked salmon; cut into strips
  • Salt & freshly ground black pepper
  • 250 g Campanelle;

Directions
  • Step #1 1.
  • Step #2 Cook the pasta following instructions on the pack.
  • Step #3 2.
  • Step #4 Meanwhile, heat the oil in a pan & cook the onion for 3-4 mins, stirring every once in awhile.
  • Step #5 3.
  • Step #6 stir in the the Creamery cheese, lemon rind & juice, milk, half the chives & Spice uping to taste.
  • Step #7 4.
  • Step #8 Add the cooked, drained pasta & salmon, mix well & heat through.
  • Step #9 Transfer to a warmed serving dish, Sprinkle top it over the remaining chives & serve as soon as possible with lemon wedges.
