Step #1
Mix together Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, liquid smoke, teriyaki sauce, & molasses in a resealable plastic bag until the molasses has dissolved.
Step #3 Coat chicken thighs with the marinade, seal, & marinate for 4 hrs in the refrigerator, redistributing the chicken in the marinade every once in awhile.
Step #4 Preheat an outdoor grill for medium heat.
Step #5 Remove chicken from marinade & shake off excess.
Step #6 Grill on preheated grill until the chicken has reached an internal temperature of 165 degrees F (75 degrees C), & is firm & opaque, about 12 mins per side.
