Ingredients
  • 1/2 ts Grated orange peel; if desired
  • 18 oz Peas; see pantry
  • 1 ts Cornstarch
  • 1/4 c Plain cashews; toasted, optional
  • 1 tb Honey
  • 1/3 c Orange juice
  • 1/8 ts Salt

Directions
  • Step #1 Pantry: 2 (9-oz.
  • Step #2 ) pkg.
  • Step #3 Green Giant Harvest Fresh Frozen Sweet Peas Cook peas as directed on package; drain.
  • Step #4 Meanwhile, mix orange juice, honey, in small saucepan, cornstarch and salt until well mixed.
  • Step #5 Cook over med-heat/flame until mixture boils & thickens, stirring constantly.
  • Step #6 stir in the orange peel & cashews; stir in theto peas.
