Ingredients
  • 1 ts Cinnamon
  • 2 Chiquita bananas; mashed
  • 1/4 c Raisins
  • Oil for frying
  • 1/3 c Firmly packed coconut flakes
  • 1 pk Wonton skins

Directions
  • Step #1 1.
  • Step #2 In electric skillet or wok, heat oil to 350 degrees F.
  • Step #3 mix bananas, coconut, cinnamon, & raisins.
  • Step #4 Moisten edges of won ton skins with water.
  • Step #5 2.
  • Step #6 Add 1 tsp of mixture to center of skins, fold to form a triangle & pinch edges together to seal in mixture.
  • Step #7 Fry on both sides until golden brown.
  • Step #8 3.
  • Step #9 Sprinkle top with powdered sugar and/or cinnamon.
  • Step #10 Serve warm.
