2 Chiquita bananas; mashed
1/4 c Raisins
Oil for frying
1/3 c Firmly packed coconut flakes
1 pk Wonton skins
Directions
Step #1 1.
Step #2 In electric skillet or wok, heat oil to 350 degrees F.
Step #3 mix bananas, coconut, cinnamon, & raisins.
Step #4 Moisten edges of won ton skins with water.
Step #5 2.
Step #6 Add 1 tsp of mixture to center of skins, fold to form a triangle & pinch edges together to seal in mixture.
Step #7 Fry on both sides until golden brown.
Step #8 3.
Step #9 Sprinkle top with powdered sugar and/or cinnamon.
Step #10 Serve warm.
