Ingredients
  • 200 g Mixed nuts
  • 2 ts Ground coriander
  • 1/2 ts Salt
  • 2 ts Chilli powder
  • 2 ts Ground cumin
  • 1 250 gram pac dried egg noodles;

Directions
  • Step #1 Heat the oil to 170 C, 375 F, in a heavy based saucepan using a cooking thermometer or in a thermostatically controlled deep fat fryer.
  • Step #2 Break up the noodles & fry for 2-3 mins, remove with a slotted spoon & place on absobant kitchen paper.
  • Step #3 Fry the nuts for 1-2 mins, remove & drain on absorbant kitchen paper.
  • Step #4 Pour the fried ingredients into a bowl & add the salt and spices whilst the mix is still warm.
  • Step #5 Check the Spice uping & add more if required.
