Ingredients
200 g Mixed nuts
2 ts Ground coriander
1/2 ts Salt
2 ts Chilli powder
2 ts Ground cumin
1 250 gram pac dried egg noodles;
Directions
Step #1 Heat the oil to 170 C, 375 F, in a heavy based saucepan using a cooking thermometer or in a thermostatically controlled deep fat fryer.
Step #2 Break up the noodles & fry for 2-3 mins, remove with a slotted spoon & place on absobant kitchen paper.
Step #3 Fry the nuts for 1-2 mins, remove & drain on absorbant kitchen paper.
Step #4 Pour the fried ingredients into a bowl & add the salt and spices whilst the mix is still warm.
Step #5 Check the Spice uping & add more if required.
