Chocolate Raspberry Roulade Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/3 c Raspberry jam
  • 1 c Heavy cream; whipped
  • 15 Chocolate wafer cookies;
  • 1/2 c sliced nuts;

Directions
  • Step #1 Fold rapberry jam slowly into whipped cream.
  • Step #2 Spread wafers with mixture, arrange in piles to form a roll & cove top & sides with remaining filling.
  • Step #3 Sprinkle top with sliced nuts & freeze about 3 hrs.
  • Step #4 Cut roll this into diagonal slices & serve on individual plates.
  • Step #5 Serves 4.
