Ingredients
Double cream to serve
25 g Butter; grated
100 g Oatmeal
2 Limes
2 Oranges
75 g Brown sugar
1 dr Vanilla essence
Directions
Step #1 Preheat the oven to 220c/425f/Gas 7.
Step #2 1 Peel & slice the oranges & limes.
Step #3 Place the slices in a gratin dish with 25 g brown sugar.
Step #4 2 For the Crumble Topping: Mix the remaining 75g brown sugar in a bowl with the grated butter, vanilla essence & oatmeal.
Step #5 3 Sprinkle top this over the fruit.
Step #6 Bake in the oven for 10-12 mins until golden.
Step #7 serve this with double cream.
