Deviled Sausages Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper, or to taste
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsps tomato paste
  • 1 lb sausages
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 c water
  • 2 tbsps Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp mustard

Directions
  • Step #1 Heat olive oil in a large skillet over med-heat/flame.
  • Step #2 Cook sausages, about 15 mins, until well browned & cooked through.
  • Step #3 Drain fat, & return skillet & sausages to medium heat.
  • Step #4 Stir in water, cayenne, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, tomato paste, & brown sugar.
  • Step #5 Bring contents to a boil; reduce heat, & let simmer, stirring every once in awhile, about 10 mins.
