Ingredients
  • 1/4 ts Cayenne
  • 1 c Water
  • 6 tb Melted butter
  • 2 ts Baking powder
  • 1 c Yellow cornmeal
  • 8 tb Romano cheese
  • 2 Eggs
  • 6 tb Flour

Directions
  • Step #1 preheat your trusty oven to 425F degrees.
  • Step #2 Place cornmeal in bowl of food processor/blender.
  • Step #3 Add water, eggs, baking powder, flour & cayenne.
  • Step #4 Process until mixed.
  • Step #5 Add melted butter.
  • Step #6 Pulse a few seconds.
  • Step #7 Add Romano cheese.
  • Step #8 Pulse again for a few seconds.
  • Step #9 pour this into a 7 x 9 buttered baking pan.
  • Step #10 Bake 10 mins.
  • Step #11 Until golden brown.
  • Step #12 Approximately 10-12 mins.
  • Step #13 Per serving: 1627 Calories; 95g Fat (52% calories from fat); 46g Protein; 149g Carbohydrate; 608mg Cholesterol; 2212mg Sodium.
