• 1 ts Rice wine vinegar
• 1/2 ts Wasabi
• 1/2 c Crayfish tails
• 1/2 ts Salt
• 2 c Boiled potatoes;
• 1 tb Mustard oil
• 1 ts Mustard

• Step #1 Mash the potatoes with a fork.
• Step #2 Add the salt, rice wine vinegar, mustard, wasabi, & mustard oil.
• Step #3 Let cool down & set aside.
• Step #4 Roll out the potatoes 1/2-inch by inches wide cut into 1-inch pieces put 1 tail of crayfish on top of each potato piece.
• Step #5 Serve warm.
