Step #1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Step #2 Butter a large baking dish.
Step #3 Spread macadamia nuts, pistachios, walnuts, & bake 5 to 10 mins, stirring often, & almonds in a single layer on a baking sheet, until lightly toasted.
Step #4 Place sausage in a large skillet over med-heat/flame, & cook this until evenly brown.
Step #5 Set aside, & drain skillet.
Step #6 Melt butter in the skillet, celery, carrots, & cook the onion, & garlic until tender.
Step #7 In a large bowl, onion, carrots, celery, toss together the dry bread stuffing mix, roasted nuts, sausage, & garlic.
Step #8 Spice up with sage, salt, & pepper.
Step #9 Mix in 3 c chicken stock.
Step #10 Gradually add in the remaining chicken stock as needed to make the mixture evenly moist.
Step #11 Transfer to the prepared baking dish.
Step #12 (Or use to stuff the turkey just before roasting.

Bake stuffing 25 mins in the preheated oven, until crisp & golden brown.
