Ingredients
  • 2 tb Coffee-Flavored Liqueur
  • 1/2 c Margarine or Butter
  • 1 tb Coffee; double strength
  • 2 1/2 c Sugar
  • 3 oz Almond Bark OR Vanilla- Flavored Candy Coating;
  • 6 oz Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 1/2 c Nuts; sliced; if desired
  • 5 oz Evaporated Milk; 2 c

Directions
  • Step #1 Line 9" sq.
  • Step #2 pan with foil so that foil extends over sides on pan; butter foil.
  • Step #3 In lrg.
  • Step #4 saucepan, mix sugar, margarine & evaporated milk.
  • Step #5 Bring to a boil over med.
  • Step #6 heat; stirring constantly.
  • Step #7 Boil 5 mins.
  • Step #8 , stirring constantly; remove this from heat.
  • Step #9 Add marshamallow creme; stir until smooth.
  • Step #10 Pour 1 c of marshmallow mixture into sm.
  • Step #11 bowl.
  • Step #12 Add almond bark and strong coffee; stir until smooth.
  • Step #13 Set aside.
  • Step #14 To remaining marshmallow mixture, add chocolate chips; stir until smooth.
  • Step #15 stir in the nuts & liqueur until well mixed.
  • Step #16 pour this into prepared pan.
  • Step #17 Spread almond bark mixture on top of chocolate mixture.
  • Step #18 Using spatula, swirl for marbled effect.
  • Step #19 Cool to about room temp.
  • Step #20 Score fudge into 36 sqs; top each sq.
  • Step #21 with Chocolate-Dipped Nut.
  • Step #22 put in the fridge until firm.
  • Step #23 Remove fudge from pan by lifting foil; remove foil from fudge.

  • Step #25 knife, cut through scored lines.

  • Step #40 vanilla & nuts.
  • Step #41 Pour into prepared pan.
  • Step #42 Cool to about room temp.
  • Step #43 Continue as directed above.
