Step #1 mix, cake mix, nuts, & mix well, 1/3 c milk & butter.
Step #2 Press half of this mixture into the bottom of a greased 13x9" Pyrex dish, bake this at 350F for 8 mins.
Step #3 Melt caramel candies in top of a double boiler with 1/2 c of milk.
Step #4 when caramel mixutre is well mixed, pour over bakied mixute.
Step #5 Cover with chocolate chips, & pour the rest of dough on top of chips.
Step #6 Bake for 18 mins at 350F.
Step #7 Cool before slicing.
