Step #1 Peel shrimp, & devein, if desired; set aside.
Step #2 mix lemon juice & remaining ingredients except shrimp in a shallow dish; set aside.
Step #3 Arrange shrimp on 6-inch bamboo skewers, & place marinade, turning to coat.
Step #4 Cover & refrigetate 2 to 3 hrs.
Step #5 Remove shrimp from marinade, reserving marinade.
Step #6 Place shrimp on rack of a lightly greased broiler pan.
Step #7 Broil 6 inches from heat 3 to 4 mins on each side, basting every once in awhile with remaining marinade.
Step #8 Serve hot or cold.
