Ingredients
  • 2 tb Cream Sherry
  • 1/3 c Pitted Dates sliced
  • Cooking Apples
  • 1/2 c Low Fat Cottage Cheese
  • 2 tb sliced Almonds Toasted
  • 4 1/2 c Peeled, Thinly Sliced
  • 1/2 ts Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/4 c Light Cream Cheese Product

Directions
  • Step #1 Place Sherry in 1 Quart Glass Measure.
  • Step #2 Microwave At High 45 Seconds To 1 Min.
  • Step #3 OR Until Boiling.
  • Step #4 Add Apples & Dates.
  • Step #5 Cover With Plastic Wrap & Vent.
  • Step #6 Microwave On High 4-5 Min.
  • Step #7 OR Until Tender, Stirring After 2 Min.
  • Step #8 Cool Mixture Completely.
  • Step #9 Position Knife in food processor/blender.
  • Step #10 Add Apple Mixture.
  • Step #11 Process Until Smooth.
  • Step #12 Place Mixture in A Bowl & Set Aside.
  • Step #13 Place Cottage Cheese in Processor & Process Until Smooth.
  • Step #14 Add Cream Cheese & Cinnamon; Process Until Smooth.
  • Step #15 Add Apple Mixture & Process Until Smooth.
  • Step #16 Place Mixture in A Bowl & stir in the Almonds.
  • Step #17 Cover & Chill.
