Crab Stuff Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 oz green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/8 c chicken broth
  • 2 c water
  • 1/2 c frozen green peas
  • 1/8 lb crabmeat
  • 1/8 c grated fat-free Parmesan cheese
  • 1/8 c 1% milk
  • 2 tbsps onion, sliced
  • 1 c uncooked white rice
  • 1 tbsp butter

Directions
  • Step #1 In a saucepan bring water to a boil.
  • Step #2 Add rice & frozen peas then stir.
  • Step #3 Bring the water back to a boil then reduce heat.
  • Step #4 Cover & let simmer for 20 mins.
  • Step #5 In a medium skillet, melt butter & add the sliced onion & minced garlic.
  • Step #6 Saute until onions are transparent.
  • Step #7 Add crab to mixture & saute briefly.
  • Step #8 Stir in bell peppers chicken broth, milk, & parmesan.
  • Step #9 Bring to a boil then turn off the heat Serve over rice when done.
