Ingredients
  • 2 tb EACH-OLIVE OIL, LEMON JUICE
  • 1 x SALT & PEPPER TO TASTE
  • 2 lb MEAT, SIRLOIN OR STRIP STEAK
  • 1 x LEMON, CUT IN HALF

Directions
  • Step #1 IN A SMALL BOWL, stir this toGETHER OIL & LEMON JUICE.
  • Step #2 PLACE STEAKS IN A CLOSE FITTING PAN & POUR OILS OVER THE TOP.
  • Step #3 let this stand FOR 1 hr AT ROOM TEMPERATURE.
  • Step #4 PLACE STEAKS ON A RACK IN THE BROILER PAN.
  • Step #5 PLACE PAN 3 INCHES FROM FROM HEAT, BROIL FOR 5 mins ON EACH SIDE OR TILL DONE TO DESIRED LIKING WHEN CUT.
  • Step #6 TRANSFER TO A CUTTING BOARD AND THINLY SLICE; SQUEEZE LEMON OVER SLICES & Spice up TO TASTE WITH SALT & PEPPER.
