Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 c Fiber One or All Bran
  • 1 1/3 c Quaker Oats
  • 1 1/4 c Skim milk
  • Cereal

Directions
  • Step #1 ----ADD------- 1 tb Baking powder 1 x Pinch of salt 1 tb Sweetener 2 Egg whites or egg replacer To equal one egg 1 c Raisins Revised from a recipe on the Fiber One box.
  • Step #2 Mix together & add to cereal mixture.
  • Step #3 Spoon into veg sprayed (or teflon coated) ccake tins.
  • Step #4 Bake 25 mins.
  • Step #5 at 400F degrees.
  • Step #6 Makes 12.
  • Step #7 My best estimate: 140 calories each These aren't light, fluffy muffins, but they're satisfying & make a great snack!.
