Ingredients
  • 4 oz Whipped cream cheese with chives
  • 1/8 ts Salt
  • 1/3 c Cucumbers; seed, dice
  • 1/8 ts Freshly ground pepper
  • PIZZA SNACK
  • 3 oz Mozzarella cheese; shredded
  • 1 ts Fresh lemon juice
  • 2 oz Smoked salmon; cut slivers
  • 1/2 ts Salt
  • 1/2 c Green bell pepper, mushroom, or black olives; sliced
  • 1/4 ts Lemon peel; grated
  • 1 tb Sour cream
  • 1 ts Dried oregano leaves
  • 1/8 ts Freshly ground pepper
  • 2 oz Ham; sliced
  • 6 oz Can tomato paste
  • 1/3 c Radishes; sliced
  • 5 Whole wheat or white bagels; split
  • NEW YORKER
  • CALIFORNIAN
  • 1/4 c Parsley; sliced
  • 1 c Ricotta cheese
  • MIDWESTERN
  • 2 ts Honey mustard
  • 4 oz Whipped cream cheese
  • 1 tb Fresh dill; minced 1 ts Dillweed

Directions
  • Step #1 This is for 4 bagels, halved & toasted.
  • Step #2 NEW YORKER-mix cream cheese, salmon, lemon juice, dill, sour cream, salt & pepper.
  • Step #3 MIDWESTERN-mix cream cheese, ham, mustard & pepper.
  • Step #4 CALIFORNIAN-mix ricotta, radishes, parsley, cucumbers, salt and lemon peel.
  • Step #5 PIZZA SNACK-Heat oven to 450~.
  • Step #6 In small bowl, mix tomato paste & oregano.
  • Step #7 Spread each bagel half with 1T paste mixture.
  • Step #8 Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
  • Step #9 Top each with bell pepper; Sprinkle top with cheese.
  • Step #10 bake this at 450~ for 6 to 8 mins or until cheese is melted.
