Baked Spring Rolls Recipe

Ingredients
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 tb Basil, fresh; sliced OR
  • 1/2 c Soy milk
  • 3 Garlic cloves; minced
  • 1 lb Pasta shells
  • 2 1/2 c Tomato sauce
  • 1 ts Basil, dried
  • 1/4 c Bread crumbs
  • 1 lb Spinach; sliced & steamed until tender

Directions
  • Step #1 cook pasta in boiling water according to package directions.
  • Step #2 Drain.
  • Step #3 In large casserole dish, toss hot pasta with spinach, tomato sauce,soy milk, garlic & basil.
  • Step #4 Spice up to taste.
  • Step #5 top this with bread crumbs.
  • Step #6 bake this at 350 degrees, uncovered, for 30 mins or until bubbly.
  • Step #7 Serve hot.
  • Step #8 Total calories per serving: 214.
  • Step #9 Fat: 2 grams.
