Mamma's Stracciatelle With Tiny Meatballs Recipe

Ingredients
  • 16 oz Can of cannellini beans
  • 2 tb Olive oil
  • Fresh parsley, sliced
  • 1 c Water
  • 8 oz Can of tomato sauce
  • Grated cheese
  • Cooked al dente
  • 1/2 lb Elbow or ditalini macaroni,
  • 2 Cloves of garlic, minced

Directions
  • Step #1 Fry the garlic in oil carefully until golden brown.
  • Step #2 Add the tomato sauce & water & cook for 10 mins.
  • Step #3 Add the beans, stir carefully.
  • Step #4 Drain & add the pasta to the bean mixture.
  • Step #5 Stir carefully.
  • Step #6 If it gets too thick, add a little water.
  • Step #7 Add the parsley & serve as soon as possible or the pasta will absorb all the liquid.
  • Step #8 Sprinkle top with cheese & serve with Italian bread (from "Eat This" by Dom Deluise).
