Barbeque Pecans Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 tb Salt
  • 2 tb Curry Powder
  • 1 tb Onion Powder
  • 2 tb Cayenne Pepper
  • 4 tb Black Pepper, freshly ground
  • 4 tb Thyme
  • 4 tb Cumin
  • 1 tb MSG or other flavor enhancer
  • 4 tb Garlic powder

Directions
  • Step #1 In a small bowl or glass jar with a lid, mix all the ingredients.
  • Step #2 Stri or shake to mix.
  • Step #3 Use as soon as possible or store this in a cool, dark place for several months.
  • Step #4 This rub is pretty strong & so I do not recomment it for thin cuts (like ribs).
  • Step #5 Bit it is swell on heavier cuts of meat such as beef round, pork shoulders, prime rib, & even the whole hog.
  • Step #6 With this recipes, you have enough for five shoulders or four hams.
  • Step #7 Best if you let the meat marinate, losely covered, in the refrigerator for a good twenth-four to forty-eight hrs after being rubbed.
