Ingredients
  • 2 tb sliced parsley
  • 1/4 c Milk
  • 1 tb Lemon juice
  • 1/3 c Finely minced onions
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/4 ts Dill weed
  • 15 1/2 oz Canned Alaska salmon
  • 1 ds Black pepper
  • 2 c Soft bread crumbs

Directions
  • Step #1 Drain & flake salmon, reserving 2 tbsps liquid.
  • Step #2 mix flaked salmon & reserved liquid with remaining ingredients.
  • Step #3 place this in well-greased 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2 inch loaf pan or shape into loaf on greased baking pan.
  • Step #4 bake this at 350 F for 45 mins.
  • Step #5 Nutrients Per Serving: Calories: 268 Fat-Total: 8.
  • Step #6 12 g Protein: 21.
  • Step #7 4 g Cholesterol: 114 mg Carbohydrates: 26.
  • Step #8 1 g Sodium: 677 mg Dietary Fiber: 1.
