Basic Mustard & Variations Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 ts Vanilla
  • 2 tb Applesauce
  • 1/4 c Honey
  • 2 ts Baking powder
  • 1 c Cornmeal
  • 2 c Water; or nut milk
  • 1 c Whole-wheat flour

Directions
  • Step #1 Recipe by: McDougall Preparation Time: 0:45 mix dry ingredients.
  • Step #2 mix wet ingredients.
  • Step #3 Fold dry & wet ingredients together, until just moistened.
  • Step #4 Spoon into lightly oiled or non-stick muffin tins.
  • Step #5 bake this at 350 degrees for 30 mins.
