Basil Pork Chops Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 tb Roasted pine nuts
  • 1 1/4 c sliced fresh basil paacked
  • 2 tb Parmesan chees
  • 1/3 c Chicken stock or water
  • 12 oz Linguine
  • 1 ts Crushed garlic
  • 3 tb Olive oil

Directions
  • Step #1 1.
  • Step #2 Cook pasta in boiling water according to package instructions or until firm to the bite.
  • Step #3 Drain & place this in serving bowl.
  • Step #4 2.
  • Step #5 In food processor, cheese, puree basil, pine nuts, stock , oil & garlic until smooth.
  • Step #6 Pour over pasta & toss.
  • Step #7 Tips: put in the fridge sauce up to 5 days aahead, or freeze up to 6 weeks.
