Mark's Salmon Spread Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 c sliced pecans
  • Pillsbury yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 c Granulated, or powdered
  • 2 c Fresh sliced peaches,
  • Covered with sugar
  • Sugar.
  • 1/4 lb butter Margarine.

Directions
  • Step #1 Contributed to the echo by: Mark Drake Mark's Quick & Dirty Peach Cobbler In a mixing bowl, mix pecans, sugar, & cake mix until well mixed.
  • Step #2 In a glass cake pan, or teflon pan, spread cake mix evenly over the top of peaches, spread peaches evenly in bottom of pan, dot with pats of butter evenly.
  • Step #3 Bake in a pre-heated 350 degree oven until golden brown (about 1 hr).
  • Step #4 Serve warm or cold with vanilla ice cream.
