Meat Roll - Breadmaker Recipe

Ingredients
  • White sauce or cold gravy
  • 1 1/2 c Ground beef cooked --
  • 1/3 c Water
  • 2 c Mix

Directions
  • Step #1 mix, knead, roll dough into rectrangular shape & about 1/4 inch thick.
  • Step #2 Add thin white sauce, gravy Or you can use diluted cream of mushroom soup or tomato soup to hamburger.
  • Step #3 Spread meat mixture over dough, leaving a 1/2 inch margin all around the edge.
  • Step #4 Roll as for jelly roll, beginning with a short edge.
  • Step #5 Cut into one inch slices, place on greased baking sheet.
  • Step #6 Bake 425F for about 20-25 mins or until browned.
  • Step #7 Note: Ham, Chicken, Turkey or tuna can also be used.
  • Step #8 Be sure to Spice up Ground beef with favorite Spice upings, pepper, salt, garlic powder, etc.
