- 2 tb Soy bean paste
- 3 ea Tomatoes, quartered
- 4 c Bean sprouts
- 4 tb Cilantro, sliced
- 4 tb Vegetable oil
- 4 ea Garlic cloves
- 1 ea Red chili pepper, sliced
Directions
- Step #1 Heat the oil in a wok & stir-fry the garlic & bean paste for 1 min.
- Step #2 Add the onion, bean sprouts, chili & tomatoes.
- Step #3 Cook for 2 mins, stirring frequently.
- Step #4 Garnish with green onions & cilantro.
- Step #5 Serve hot.
