Ingredients
  • 1/4 c Sliced green onions
  • 1 tb White vinegar
  • 1/8 ts Ground red pepper
  • 8 3/4 oz Whole kernel corn, undrained
  • 1/4 ts Garlic salt
  • 1 ts Vegetable oil
  • 4 Beef chuck top blade steaks , cut 1/2" thick
  • 1/2 Red or green bell pepper cut into 1/2 inch pieces

Directions
  • Step #1 Preparation time: 20 min.
  • Step #2 1.
  • Step #3 Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over med-heat/flame; add bell pepper.
  • Step #4 Cook & stir 3 mins.
  • Step #5 2.
  • Step #6 stir in the corn, vinegar & ground red pepper; continue cooking, uncovered, 2 to 3 mins.
  • Step #7 3.
  • Step #8 Remove relish from skillet; keep warm.
  • Step #9 4.
  • Step #10 Heat same skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Step #11 Add beef steaks; cook 3 mins or to desired doneness, turning once.
  • Step #12 Spice up this with garlic salt.
  • Step #13 5.
  • Step #14 Return corn relish & add onions to skillet.
  • Step #15 Cook 1 miute or until heated through.
  • Step #16 Serving suggestion: Mixed green salad with your favorite dressing Note: Recipe may also be prepared using beef rib eye, tenderloin or eye round steaks cut 1/2 inch thick.
