Microwave Vanilla Pudding Recipe

Ingredients
  • Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • Flaked coconut
  • 2 tb Sour cream
  • 24 oz Semisweet chocolate pieces
  • 1/2 ts Pure Vanilla Extract
  • Finely sliced pecans
  • 1/2 ts Imitation Rum Extract
  • 1/2 ts Imitation Brandy Extract
  • 2 tb Butter

Directions
  • Step #1 Place chcolate, butter & sour cream in 3 quart microwavable container.
  • Step #2 Cover & cook in microwave oven at full power 2 mins.
  • Step #3 Stir thoroughly.
  • Step #4 Cook 1 min longer.
  • Step #5 Stir.
  • Step #6 Divide mixture into 3 portions.
  • Step #7 Add brandy extract to 1 portion, rum extract to second portion, & vanilla ectract to the third portion.
  • Step #8 Mix each portionn well.
  • Step #9 Shape into 1 inch balls & roll in cocoa, coconut, or sliced pecans.
  • Step #10 store this in airtight container.
