Ingredients
  • 1 ts Melted Margarine
  • 1/3 c sliced Pitted Dates
  • 1 ts Prepared Mustard
  • Cabbage
  • Pastry Thawed
  • 1 1/2 c Peeled, sliced Apples
  • 4 c Finely sliced Green
  • 1/4 c sliced Onion
  • 8 Sheets Frozen Phyllo
  • 1/4 c + 2 T. Low Fat Sour Cream

Directions
  • Step #1 Coat A Large Nonstick Skillet With Cooking Spray.
  • Step #2 Place Over Mediumheat Until Hot.
  • Step #3 Add Cabbage & Onion; Cover & Cook 5 Min.
  • Step #4 mix Cabbage Mixture, Apples & Dates in A Large Bowl.
  • Step #5 mix Sour Cream & Mustard; Stir Well.
  • Step #6 Add To Cabbage Mixture; Stir Well & Set Aside.
  • Step #7 Working With 1 Phyllo Sheet At A Time, Spray Each Sheet With Cooking Spray; Placing One On Top Of The Other.
  • Step #8 Spoon Cabbage Mixture Lengthwise Down One-Third Of Phyllo Stack, Leaving A 1 Inch Borderon Longest Side & A 3/4 Inch Border On Shorter Sides.
  • Step #9 Starting With The Longest Side, Roll Up Jellyroll Fashion, Seam Side Down, & Place, Diagonally On A 15 X 10 X 2 Inch Jellyroll Pan Coated With Cooking Spray; Tuck Ends Under.
  • Step #10 Brush With Margarine.
  • Step #11 Diagonally Cut 1/4 Inch Deep Slashes About 2 Inches Apart Across Top.
  • Step #12 bake this at 400F F.
  • Step #13 For 45 Min.
  • Step #14 let this stand 10 Min.
