Cantonese Egg Foo Yung Recipe

Ingredients
  • 8 oz Tomato sauce
  • 1 1/2 ts Salt
  • 3 tb Brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 tb Vinegar
  • 1 ea Large onion, sliced
  • 2 ts Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 1/2 lb Pork steak
  • 4 oz Can mushrooms, drained
  • 2 tb Oil
  • 1 ea Small green pepper, sliced

Directions
  • Step #1 Brown pork in oil.
  • Step #2 Put in crock pot.
  • Step #3 add in the remaining ingredients and cook 6-8 hrs on low.
  • Step #4 Serve over rice.
