1 1/2 ts Salt
3 tb Brown sugar
1 1/2 tb Vinegar
1 ea Large onion, sliced
2 ts Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 lb Pork steak
4 oz Can mushrooms, drained
2 tb Oil
1 ea Small green pepper, sliced
Directions
Step #1 Brown pork in oil.
Step #2 Put in crock pot.
Step #3 add in the remaining ingredients and cook 6-8 hrs on low.
Step #4 Serve over rice.
