Cinnamon Rice Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 c uncooked rice
  • 2 tsps margarine
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 5 tbsps raisins
  • 2 tbsps nonfat milk
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 c water

Directions
  • Step #1 Bring rice, & margarine to a boil in a saucepan over medium-high heat, water, raisins, milk, stirring every once in awhile.
  • Step #2 Reduce heat to low, & cook this until liquid has absorbed & rice is tender, cover, about 15 mins.
  • Step #3 Mix together cinnamon & sugar, sprinkle it over rice to serve.
