Step #1 If you are using canned peas & carrots, drain them & rinse with fresh water.
Step #2 Put 2 tbs.
Step #3 of the butter in a pan, add the vegs.
Step #4 ; saute for 2 or 3 min.
Step #5 Add salt & pepper.
Step #6 Put the remaining butter into another frying pan, & heat.
Step #7 Beat the eggs with the milk (or water); pour this into the pan & let cook.
Step #8 As soon as the omelet is set, top this with the vegs.
Step #9 & cheese.
Step #10 Fold in half, & serve as soon as possible.
