Ingredients
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/2 (12 oz) can corned beef, broken into pieces
  • 1 1/2 c all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsps cooking oil
  • 1 1/4 c milk
  • 2 tsps baking powder

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat waffle iron.
  • Step #2 In a medium bowl, mix together the eggs, milk & oil.
  • Step #3 Combine the flour, salt & baking powder; stir in theto the milk mixture until it makes a smooth batter.
  • Step #4 Stir in corned beef.
  • Step #5 Spoon batter onto your waffle iron, close the lid, & cook this until the waffle iron stops steaming & waffles are golden.
  • Step #6 Serve hot with butter.
