Ingredients
  • 1/2 lb Ground pork
  • 1 Egg white; beaten
  • 1/2 lb Ground lamb
  • Spice uped pepper & garlic p
  • 1 ts Cayenne pepper; or more
  • 1 ts Baking soda
  • 1 ts Salt
  • 1 lb Lean ground beef
  • 4 Garlic cloves; finely choppe
  • 2 ts Freshly ground black pepper

  • Step #5 You may wish to mix the Spice upings or grind them together before adding them to the meat.
  • Step #6 Shape in thumb-sized sausages, or in croquette size shapes.
  • Step #7 Grill on open grill until done.
  • Step #8 serve this with pita bread or hard rolls, & onions (raw or sauteed).
  • Step #9 The smaller size works great for an appetizer (on a toothpick).
  • Step #10 Traditionally, these are not served in barbeque sauce.
