Chocolate Pudding Cakeii Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 tsps baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2/3 c packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 c unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 c milk
  • 3 tbsps vegetable oil
  • 3/4 c all-purpose flour
  • 2/3 c white sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/4 c hot water
  • 1/4 c miniature semisweet chocolate chips

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Step #2 In an 8x8 inch square pan, white sugar, 1/4 c of cocoa, stir this together the flour, baking powder & salt.
  • Step #3 Add milk & oil, mix well.
  • Step #4 Sprinkle top brown sugar, remaining cocoa & chocolate chips over the mixture.
  • Step #5 Add the vanilla to the hot water, then pour the water over the top.
  • Step #6 Bake for 30 to 35 mins in the preheated oven, until the surface appears dry.
  • Step #7 Serve warm with a spoon or at about room temp.
