Cheese Stuffed Shells Recipe

Ingredients
  • 12 ea French rolls; large
  • 2 ea Green bell peppers; md
  • 16 oz Cheddar; sharp, shredded
  • 8 oz Green olives; stuffed,
  • 6 oz Tomato sauce;
  • 1 ea Onion; md.

Directions
  • Step #1 These are approximate sizes.
  • Step #2 Recipe called for 1 small jar of +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ ++++++++++++++ ++++ Cut the tops off of the rolls & hollow them out leaving a thin shell.
  • Step #3 Grind all of the ingredients & bread in a meat grinder or food processor/blender & stuff back into the rolls.
  • Step #4 Place the tops back on the rolls & secure with tooth picks.
  • Step #5 Bake on an ungreased cookie sheet at 350 degrees F.
  • Step #6 for about 45 mins.
  • Step #7 Serve Hot.
