Cheese-tomato Cornbread Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 c Grated onion
  • 2 Cloves garlic, minced
  • 3/4 c Olive oil
  • 1/2 ts Freshly ground black pepper
  • 3 tb Minced parsley
  • 3/4 c Dry bread crumbs
  • 1 ts Salt
  • 1/2 ts Oregano
  • 2 lb Large mushrooms
  • 1/2 c Grated Romano cheese

Directions
  • Step #1 Wash but do not peel mushrooms.
  • Step #2 Remove stems & chop.
  • Step #3 Mix all ingredients except mushrooms & oil.
  • Step #4 Stuff mushroom caps.
  • Step #5 Pour a little oil into baking pan; arrange mushrooms in pan.
  • Step #6 Pour remaining oil over each one.
  • Step #7 bake this at 350F for 25 mins.
  • Step #8 Serve.
