Cherry Bread Pudding Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 ts Salt
  • 1/2 c Butter
  • 3/4 c Sugar
  • 1 ts Vanilla
  • 1 ts Cherry soda
  • sliced & drained
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 c Sifted flour
  • 10 oz Jar Maraschino cherries,
  • 1 ts Butttermilk

Directions
  • Step #1 preheat your trusty oven to 350 degrees.
  • Step #2 Grease & flour a 9x5x3 inch pan.
  • Step #3 In a large bowl, mix butter, sugar & eggs; beat with mixer until creamy.
  • Step #4 Add soda, salt, flour, & buttermilk.
  • Step #5 Mix on low until mixed.
  • Step #6 Fold in vanilla, cherries, & nuts.
  • Step #7 Bake 60 mins.
