Dijon Mashed Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3/4 c reduced fat sour cream
  • garlic salt to taste
  • 3 large potatoes, peeled & cubed
  • 1/2 c nonfat milk
  • 2 tbsps Dijon mustard
  • ground black pepper to taste

Directions
  • Step #1 Place the cubed potatoes in a pot with enough water to cover.
  • Step #2 Bring to a boil, & cook 15 mins, or until tender.
  • Step #3 Drain potatoes & transfer to a bowl.
  • Step #4 Mash with a potato masher, nonfat milk, & slowly mix in the sour cream, & Dijon mustard.
  • Step #5 Spice up with garlic salt & pepper.
