Ingredients
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 1/4 c butter
  • 1 lb chicken gizzards

Directions
  • Step #1 Place gizzards in a saucepan with enough water to cover by 1 inch.
  • Step #2 Bring to a boil over med-heat/flame, cover, & cook for 1 1/2 hrs.
  • Step #3 Drain & chop into bite size pieces.
  • Step #4 Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Step #5 Fry gizzards in butter for about 15 mins.
  • Step #6 Spice up with salt & pepper to taste.
