Creamy Raspberryce Pops Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 (1 oz) package instant sugar-free vanilla pudding mix
  • 1/2 c fat free milk
  • 2 c reduced-fat frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 c fresh raspberries
  • 2 c raspberry sherbet, softened
  • 1 c fat free milk

Directions
  • Step #1 Pour 1 c of milk into a bowl, & stir in the pudding mix.
  • Step #2 Beat with an electric mixer about 2 mins until thickened.
  • Step #3 Place the remaining milk & raspberries into a mixer & puree until smooth.
  • Step #4 Pour the raspberry puree into the pudding, & add the whipped topping.
  • Step #5 Stir together until incorporated.
  • Step #6 Stir in the softened sherbet.
  • Step #7 You may either mix it in completely, or leave it swirled.
  • Step #8 Divide this mixture evenly among 10 molds or small plastic c.
  • Step #9 Place a wooden craft stick into each, & freeze for at least 3 hrs.
