  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 c unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 c shortening
  • 1 (5 oz) can evaporated milk

Directions
  • Step #1 In a saucepan, mix sugar, cocoa & salt.
  • Step #2 Add milk & shortening.
  • Step #3 Cook over med-heat/flame until it comes to a boil.
  • Step #4 Remove from heat & let cool before spreading on cake.
